Destiny Training can happen through a workshop, seminar, presentation, retreat, conference or mentoring opportunity.
We prefer to work with groups of 10 people or more. Working in groups is better as it allows for more interaction, discussion and questions between participants — and fun. Your group can consist of members of a class, church or organization. But don’t wait for someone to call a meeting for you to join us for a workshop. You can gather nine friends or some co-workers for an hour after work. Be creative. Why not invite family members to your home, spread out some snacks while we help all of you discover what you are? Venue is not a big deal. Getting you on your path to destiny is.
As Destiny Trainers, we believe that learning is a continuous process because life is always challenging us to change and grow. That’s why we’ve designed programs that build upon one another.
For those of you who want to see what we’re made of and need a jumpstart, you can start the Destiny journey by inviting us to speak to your group. Once you see that you love what we offer, your group can attend one of the 102 Series events by registering for either a Where’s the Passion? or Praying with Passion Workshop. We strongly recommend that you attend as many of these workshops as you can to sharpen your skills. And if you group wants to go deeper, members can join our Mentorship Program.

Motivational Speaking (101)
Does your group need a jumpstart? Maybe their fire for life, school or work needs to be stoked a little – or a lot? In the midst of a busy schedule, sometimes it’s necessary to stop, take a breath and assess where you are on your life journey. During one of our motivational, interactive encounters, we will not only stoke the fires within your team’s heart, but help re-connect them to their dreams and inspire them to move forward with renewed determination.
Where’s the Passion? Workshops (102)
Would you like to discover what you were really born to do? Our Where's the Passion? Workshops will help identify your core strengths, abilities, as well as the hindrances to your growth. After completing one of our workshops, you'll be ready to pursue life with vigor and tenacity. We offer four different workshops. Start with A1 and continue on to complete all four.

Praying with Passion Workshops (103)
Ever struggled in prayer or had an unanswered prayer and can't figure out why? Effective prayer is the key to seeing real change in your life. It’s especially important to pray for your future. And prayer is essential when you need to stay encouraged or focused in the midst of challenges. We can teach you effective prayer strategies, the power of group prayer, hindrances to prayer and more. Choose one course, and then register for the others later.

The Mentorship Program
A mentor can have a wonderful impact on your life through friendship, teaching, coaching, support and love. The best part is that you get a chance to learn from his or her experiences. We believe in mentorship and have benefited from the mentors in our lives. Now we want to pass on what we’ve learned to you.
The mentorship program is divided into two six-month sessions. Each session is different but they complement each other. We strongly suggest that you take them in order, A then B. But if you prefer, you can attend only one. Keep in mind that a mentorship program requires your commitment—not just to us, but primarily to yourself. Achieving success in life means that you have to finish what you start. The only exception is when your plans are interrupted due to factors beyond your control. We want you to attend the entire program and finish strong. And by us working together, you will!
Here's an overview of each session:
Mentorship (104-A)
Over a six-month period, you will learn important life skills to help you succeed in school, on the job, in relationships, and in life. Topics include building healthy relationships, handling finances, learning key job skills, strategies for completing your degree, overcoming emotional obstacles, and keeping your vision in focus.
Mentorship (104-B)
The remaining six months of the program you will focus on developing your relationship with God. More importantly, you will learn how to read, research, understand and apply the Word of God on a daily basis. The Holy Bible is designed to show us how to live successfully. In this session, you will learn to combine everything you’ve learned in our programs so you can approach life from a joyful, balanced, Godly approach.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of completion after each six-month session. Students who complete both Mentorship 104-A/B (the entire one-year program), will receive a special award for their accomplishments.
What do I need to do to apply for the Mentorship Program?
First, you must complete both the Where’s the Passion? and the Praying with Passion Workshops. Why? Because it’s important to have a great foundation before entering into a mentorship program. That’s why we have designed our programs to complement and build upon one another.
The workshops also allow us to get to know you; to become familiar with your needs and goals. But you will get to know us, as well. By having developed a relationship with us, you will have a significant level of comfort and a sense of trust as you receive teaching and support from us through the mentoring program.
Next, you must complete a mentorship application. You will be notified immediately once you have been approved for the program.
Finally, fees for the six-month program must be paid in full prior to the first class meeting.
