Montina Hollins is a seasoned career strategist, trainer and writing consultant.  Her extensive corporate, educational and non-profit experience helps clients discover, unlock and release their God-given potential.   She specializes in helping clients identify and overcome barriers to success.  Montina’s professional and down-to-earth approach draws praise and trust from clients attending her motivational gatherings, seminars, workshops, and training events.

Montina’s success comes from 15+ years serving in a variety of roles, including as a professional development trainer and career specialist with the American Job Center, a college dean and business instructor, and as a freelance writer with Minority Business News, a premier monthly Dallas publication.  Most recently, she implemented and managed a $3 million federal grant providing career services, training and resource opportunities to over 400 residents within their own community.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Journalism and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.  Montina is also a Certified Belief Therapist, offering faith-based counseling to promote emotional healing and wholeness.
